DIFFERENT CORROSION INHIBITOR SAMPLES

Innovation and Proven Results: Efficiency of NP1 in Industrial Applications

Gravimetric tests showed corrosion rates of only 0.46 mpy and 0.70 mpy in 3.5% NaCl brine, demonstrating the resistance of NP1 to corrosive agents.

REDUCTION OF INTERNAL CORROSION RATES IN PIPELINES

Metal coupons coated with NP1 were installed in fluid transport pipelines, exposing them to severe conditions. The treated coupons resisted corrosion significantly better than the untreated ones, reducing wear and extending pipeline integrity.

OXIDATION PREVENTION ON OFFSHORE PLATFORMS

Offshore Platforms

IBC containers coated with NP1 were shipped to offshore platforms for 60 to 72 days. The NP1-protected containers showed minimal signs of corrosion, while the untreated ones showed evident damage.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT PROTECTION

Electronic and Metal Components

Tests on electronic boards, motors, and equipment demonstrated that NP1 provides protection without affecting functionality or interfering with electrical circuits.
